1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using articlos (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PAPINGU L.L.C. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
articlos is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create SEO-optimised articles, manage content queues, and analyse website performance. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, and Anthropic Claude) to generate content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; use automated means beyond the API access we explicitly provide; violate any applicable law or regulation; or distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is original, accurate, or free from third-party claims. You retain ownership of the final published content, subject to our underlying licence rights.
7. Data & Privacy
We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, including your account information, content topics, and generated articles. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Analytics data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 is accessed only with your explicit authorisation and is used solely to provide analytics features within articlos. 8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and platform features of the Service are the exclusive property of PAPINGU L.L.C. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Subscription & Billing
Certain features are available on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAPINGU L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAPINGU L.L.C. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
